About Bundle

The Malaysia Tech Entrepreneur Programme (MTEP) is an initiative by the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) that helps international technology founders establish and grow startups in Malaysia. It provides eligible new entrepreneurs with a one-year Professional Visit Pass, while established entrepreneurs and investors may qualify for longer passes. The programme connects founders with Malaysia’s digital ecosystem, recognized hubs, local partners, investment opportunities, and pathways into ASEAN markets. Applicants generally need a technology business idea, pitch deck, financial evidence, certificate of good conduct, sponsorship, and supporting documents. MTEP enables founders to land, launch, innovate, and expand from Malaysia into Southeast Asia successfully.
