AI Agents and Digital Workforce Management Masterclass
About Course
AI agents can now research, coordinate, update systems and complete multi-step work, but simply giving an AI access to tools does not create a reliable digital employee. Poorly chosen tasks, vague instructions, excessive permissions and missing human oversight can turn an impressive demonstration into an expensive operational risk.
This course shows founders and managers how to build a digital workforce that performs useful work while people remain in control. You will identify high-value agent opportunities, design clear digital roles and build a working business agent with accessible no-code or low-code tools. You will connect agents to knowledge and workplace systems, coordinate specialist agents, design human approvals and establish controls for quality, privacy, security and recovery. Practical activities produce an opportunity portfolio, agent design canvas, connected workflow, multi-agent prototype, responsibility matrix, risk register, performance dashboard and deployment roadmap.
By the end, you will become a digital-workforce manager capable of designing, supervising and improving teams of humans and AI agents. Your capstone will demonstrate a functional agent or coordinated agent team supported by operating procedures, governance controls and measurable business outcomes. You will also receive a ScaleLab Academy certificate, lifetime access, future updates and course-specific AI tools, including agent-role templates, instruction builders, testing assistants and workforce-planning resources.
