About Course
Factories need better productivity, quality, flexibility, energy performance and safety, yet many transformation projects remain stuck in pilot mode. Industrial startups often fail because founders lead with technology before understanding shop-floor problems, integration, standards and buyer economics. This course helps learners turn a verified manufacturing problem into a visible, testable and commercially disciplined Industry 4.0 enterprise.
You will investigate operators, engineers, managers, buyers and integrators; size the market; design the solution; select appropriate industrial technology; and build a viable model and brand. You will create and test a prototype, measure technical and financial value, map standards and safety, design installation and support, and prepare a controlled factory pilot. Every section produces a portfolio asset, from the venture thesis and shop-floor evidence to the industrial prototype, ROI model and customer pipeline.
By the end, you will become a manufacturing or Industry 4.0 entrepreneur with a visible enterprise—not merely a business idea. Your final portfolio will include a public landing page, tested industrial MVP, customer evidence, business and brand, ROI model, standards and safety pathway, delivery plan, factory pilot proposal, global support pipeline, pitch deck and 90-day roadmap.
