Handle numbers, counters, phone numbers, prices, quantities, dates, schedules, appointments, deadlines, addresses and Japanese yen accurately.

Section 4: Manage Daily Life in Japan
Use Japanese for directions, transport, food, shopping, accommodation, assistance and simple public or service conversations.

Section 5: Communicate in the Workplace
Make polite requests, offer help, ask questions, give simple instructions, discuss schedules, confirm responsibilities and report progress.

Section 6: Take Part in Meetings
Welcome participants, state the meeting purpose, ask for clarification, express agreement or concerns politely, make suggestions, summarise decisions and confirm next steps.

Section 7: Write Messages and Emails
Write practical messages and emails, request information, confirm appointments, send documents, explain delays and follow up with suitable openings and closings.
