Fashion-Tech and Creative Business Entrepreneurship
About Course
Fashion and creative markets reward originality, but a strong aesthetic alone does not create a sustainable business. Many promising ventures struggle because founders follow trends without validating customers, underestimate production economics or launch before building a distinctive position. This course helps learners turn customer insight and creative direction into a visible, testable and commercially disciplined fashion-tech or creative enterprise.
You will investigate customers, creators, suppliers, manufacturers and retailers; size the market; design the offer; select useful technology; and build a viable model and brand. You will create and test a minimum viable collection, product, service or platform, protect creative assets, address responsible sourcing, plan production and launch through relevant digital and physical channels. Every section produces a portfolio asset, from the venture thesis and customer evidence to the prototype, costing model, operating plan and customer pipeline.
By the end, you will become a fashion-tech or creative entrepreneur with a visible enterprise—not merely a business idea. Your final portfolio will include a public brand page, tested offer, customer evidence, brand system, business model, product specifications, sourcing and production plan, pricing model, launch campaign, global support pipeline, pitch deck and 90-day roadmap. Successful learners receive a Scalelab Academy certificate, lifetime course access, future updates and course-specific AI tools for research, concept development, merchandising, costing, content and pitch preparation.
