This course helps learners turn a verified manufacturing problem into a visible, testable and commercially disciplined Industry 4.0 enterprise.

You will investigate operators, engineers, managers, buyers and integrators; size the market; design the solution; select appropriate industrial technology; and build a viable model and brand. Investigate real problems involving downtime, defects, waste, safety, throughput, energy and workforce capability. Learners will study shop-floor workflows and produce an evidence-based problem statement.

Map operators, engineers, plant managers, procurement, quality teams, owners, suppliers, integrators and regulators. Learners will understand technical needs and purchasing authority.

Section 4: Research the Market and Size the Opportunity
Analyse competitors, incumbent equipment, alternative processes, standards, industrial clusters and adoption barriers. Learners will estimate TAM, SAM and SOM and select a focused beachhead market.

Section 5: Design the Solution and Value Proposition
Translate the validated problem into a practical industrial solution. Learners will define use cases, integration needs and measurable improvements in productivity, quality, cost, safety or sustainability.
