Tourism, Hospitality and Experience Entrepreneurship
About Course
Travellers do not buy rooms, meals or itineraries alone; they buy confidence, welcome, convenience and memorable experiences. Yet many tourism ventures begin with an attractive idea before founders understand the guest journey, seasonality, service delivery, local stakeholders and booking economics. This course helps learners turn a verified visitor need and place-based opportunity into a visible, bookable and commercially disciplined tourism, hospitality or experience enterprise.
You will investigate guests, bookers, hosts, operators, communities and destination partners; size the market; design the experience; and build a viable service model and brand. You will create and test a minimum viable experience, measure guest satisfaction and willingness to pay, map safety and responsible-tourism requirements, design operations, and build a booking pipeline. Every section produces a portfolio asset, from the venture thesis and guest evidence to the bookable offer, service blueprint and launch campaign.
By the end, you will become a tourism, hospitality or experience entrepreneur with a visible, bookable enterprise—not merely a business idea. Your final portfolio will include a public landing and booking page, tested minimum viable experience, guest evidence, brand and offer, pricing and unit economics, safety and responsible-tourism plan, service operations, booking pipeline, global support and funding targets, pitch deck and 90-day roadmap. Successful learners receive a Scalelab Academy certificate, lifetime course access, future updates and course-specific AI tools for research, itinerary design, service planning, pricing, marketing and pitch preparation.
