About Course

AI can generate words, images, voices and videos in seconds, but speed does not guarantee originality, brand consistency or business impact. Startup teams often produce more content while creating new problems involving weak briefs, factual errors, unclear rights and inconsistent quality.

This course turns AI-assisted creativity into a disciplined production system connected to real audiences and outcomes. You will begin with a content strategy and AI-ready creative brief, then select tools and direct outputs through structured prompts. You will build brand guidance and produce written, visual, audio and video assets before connecting them through a repeatable workflow. The course then addresses accessibility, verification, privacy, consent, copyright, commercial-use terms and content provenance. Every section produces a useful asset, including a tool scorecard, prompt library, brand pack, production checklist and rights-review log. By the end, you will become an AI-enabled creative producer: able to brief, generate, edit, review and publish content that remains recognisably yours.

You will leave with a repeatable content engine and a 90-day production roadmap. Successful learners receive a Scalelab Academy certificate, lifetime course access, future updates and access to course-specific AI tools for briefing, prompt development, brand review, repurposing and content-quality assessment.

Course Content

Section 1: Define the Content Strategy and Creative Brief
Start with a business outcome rather than an AI tool. Learners will define the audience, objective, channel, desired action, key message, brand requirements, evidence, constraints and success measures, then create an AI-ready creative brief.

  • Define the audience and communication problem
  • Select the business objective and desired action
  • Clarify the core message and supporting evidence
  • Choose channels, formats and production constraints
  • Define quality and performance criteria
  • Create an AI-ready creative brief

Section 2: Choose the Right AI Creative Tools
Select tools according to the production task. Learners will compare assistants, writing tools, image generators, design platforms, presentation tools, audio and video generators, editors and content systems using quality, control, cost, privacy, licensing and integration criteria.

Section 3: Prompt for Strong Creative Direction
Develop a reusable method for directing AI-generated text and visuals. Learners will specify audience, purpose, subject, composition, style, tone, format and constraints; use references and examples; generate alternatives; and improve outputs through structured critique.

Section 4: Build and Protect a Consistent Brand System
Translate the startup's identity into instructions humans and AI tools can follow. Learners will define voice, messaging, colours, typography, image direction, layout principles, approved claims and prohibited treatments, then create an AI brand-guidance pack.

Section 5: Produce and Repurpose Written Content
Use AI to accelerate useful first drafts without publishing generic or unreliable material. Learners will create website, social, email, sales, educational and thought-leadership content; adapt one source into multiple formats; preserve brand voice; and review facts and originality.

Section 6: Generate and Edit Images and Graphic Designs
Create purposeful visual assets rather than random attractive images. Learners will plan composition, generate photographs, illustrations and campaign concepts, edit and extend images, remove or replace elements, apply brand treatments and prepare assets for different channels.

Section 7: Produce Video, Audio and Multimedia Content
Develop scripts, storyboards, voiceovers, short videos, demonstrations and multimedia explainers with AI assistance. Learners will control pacing, sequences, narration and music; combine generated and recorded material; and create captions, transcripts and descriptions.

Section 8: Build an AI-Assisted Content Production Workflow
Turn individual experiments into a repeatable operating process. Learners will establish intake, briefing, ideation, drafting, design, review, approval, resizing, publishing and archiving stages; assign ownership; manage versions; and create templates and prompt libraries.

Section 9: Manage Quality, Rights, Ethics and Content Risk
Protect the venture while using generated material. Learners will review accuracy, deceptive representations, bias, privacy, consent, trademarks, copyright, likeness, commercial-use terms, disclosure and brand safety; maintain source records; and establish human approval.

Section 10: Operate and Improve the Startup Content Engine
Plan content around campaigns and customer needs rather than production volume. Learners will build a calendar, organise asset libraries, define quality and performance indicators, analyse engagement and conversion, retire weak formats and develop a 90-day roadmap.
