MVP Development and Product Management
About Course
Many startups spend months building an impressive product before learning whether customers will use it. Others launch something so incomplete that it cannot test the real value proposition. This course shows founders and product teams how to define the learning objective, choose the right MVP, control scope and manage the product using evidence rather than feature pressure.
You will translate customer evidence into requirements, compare MVP types, create a prototype, prioritise a backlog and plan development. Practical activities cover user stories, acceptance criteria, delivery milestones, controlled launch, onboarding, product analytics, customer feedback and iteration. The course then establishes the routines needed to manage vision, outcomes, discovery, delivery and stakeholders after launch.
By the end, you will become a more disciplined product builder—able to release the smallest credible product, measure real behaviour and decide what to improve next. Successful learners receive a Scalelab Academy certificate, lifetime access and future updates, plus MVP canvases, backlog and launch templates, dashboards, roadmaps and course-specific AI tools.
