Value Proposition and Business Model Design
About Course
A useful product can still fail if customers do not understand its value or the business cannot deliver it sustainably. Founders often start with features, fill a canvas with guesses and treat the result as a finished strategy. This course provides an evidence-led process for designing a value proposition customers can recognise and a business model capable of delivering and capturing that value.
You will map customer jobs, pains and gains; design pain relievers and gain creators; assess fit and communicate a concise proposition. Practical exercises then connect channels, customer relationships, revenue, pricing, activities, resources, partners, costs, unit economics and scalability. You will compare alternative models and design tests for the assumptions carrying the greatest risk.
By the end, you will become a more disciplined business-model designer—able to connect customer evidence, operating choices and financial logic in one coherent system. Successful learners receive a Scalelab Academy certificate, lifetime access and future updates, plus canvases, journey maps, pricing tools, economics scorecards, experiment roadmaps and course-specific AI tools.
